Ordering:
Orders which are in stock will be shipped within 2 business
days, if they are currently sold out - we will let you know
when you can expect the delivery.
By custom orders please allow 2 - 4 weeks delivery time !
If you prefer to
mail your order rather than ordering online through PayPal,
please print out our ORDER FORM,
list the quantity of items you wish
to order, and mail it to ML Mural Art with
check or money order.

Shipping:
Orders are usually filled within 48 hours and shipped with
USPS or UPS. You
can expect to receive your order within
7-10 days business days.
Shipping cost will
be added by check out - For
express items current USPS or UPS charges will apply.
When paying with check or money order, please include 15%
extra to cover postage and handling. (This is only an estimate
for weight and distance )
If you order several paintings online and the calculated postage was higher
as the actual shipping/handling cost,
we
will refund you the difference.
We do aim to fulfill or orders as quick as possible and most
items will be sent per priority mail, in rare cases there
might be delivery delays
thru the postal system, like Christmas etc,...
NOTE : by ordering small furniture, shipping charges vary,
please contact us for a quote.
Sales Tax: Colorado residents are subject to
a 7,4 % sales tax unless they furnish us with a valid resale
tax number.
Return Policy
We want every Ml Mural Art - Heraldry Art customer to be
delighted with their purchase. We are confident that you will
be happy with
your purchase , but in the event that you are not, please
contact us within 3 days of receipt of your purchase to
arrange for a return.
All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer,
and are non-refundable
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, returns or
exchanges. All custom order sales are final.
Order Cancellation Policies
Orders
may be canceled within 24 hours of placement provided we have
not shipped the purchase.
